Terms

By signing up as an affiliate or brand ambassador for ChristyJ Accessories, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Your platform (social media, blog, website, etc.) must align with ChristyJ’s brand values and aesthetics.
• We reserve the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Code & Commission

• You will receive a unique discount code to share with your audience.
• You will earn a commission on each successful sale made using your code (rate to be agreed upon upon acceptance).
• Commissions are calculated based on the final purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes).

3. Payments

• Commissions will be paid out monthly via a method agreed upon (e.g., Mobile Money, bank transfer).
• A minimum payout threshold may apply.
• We are not responsible for incorrect payment details submitted by the affiliate.

4. Content & Promotion

• Affiliates must represent ChristyJ Accessories truthfully and professionally.
• Any images or content provided by ChristyJ remain the intellectual property of the brand.
• You may not run paid ads using ChristyJ brand keywords without written approval.

5. Prohibited Activities

• No spam, misleading, or dishonest promotional practices.
• Affiliates may not offer additional incentives (e.g., cash rebates) without prior approval.
• Any misuse of discount codes (e.g., sharing in coupon sites) may lead to removal from the program and loss of commission.

6. Complimentary Products

• From time to time, ChristyJ may offer complimentary jewelry as a token of appreciation. Product selection is at ChristyJ's discretion and not guaranteed with every collaboration.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the relationship at any time, with or without cause.
• Commissions earned up to the date of termination will be honored unless terminated due to breach of terms.

8. Changes to Terms

• ChristyJ Accessories reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
